Terms of Service

These terms describe the basic rules for using Hillexium and its browser extension.

Last updated: October 17, 2026

Using Hillexium

You may use Hillexium for personal and lawful productivity work. You are responsible for the information you add to your workspace and for keeping your account credentials and devices secure.

Your content

You keep ownership of goals, notes and other workspace content you create. You give us only the permission needed to store, synchronize and display that content to provide Hillexium to you.

Accounts and sign-in

Some features require an account. Provide accurate account information and do not attempt to access another person's account. You may delete your account through User settings; deleting it removes associated synchronized data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Browser extension

The extension can apply rules to websites you choose to block during focus sessions. You are responsible for reviewing your list and for using the extension in accordance with your browser's terms and applicable law. Blocking is a productivity feature, not a security control.

Availability and changes

Hillexium is evolving. We may update, change or discontinue features to improve the product, protect users or meet legal requirements. We will not intentionally use your private workspace content for advertising.

The service is provided as available. Do not rely on it as the sole record of critical deadlines, medical information, legal information or emergency reminders.

Respectful use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass security measures, send harmful content, or use Hillexium to violate another person's rights.
