Privacy Policy

Hillexium is a focus workspace for goals, notes, focus sessions and optional browser-extension controls. The product is local-first: you can use it without an account. When you choose to sign in, we synchronize the information needed to make your workspace available across your signed-in devices.

Depending on how you use Hillexium, this can include your email address and profile information, goals and task stages, notes, focus-session settings, personalization choices, blocked-site settings, extension connection details and account security preferences.

Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are not stored in readable form by Hillexium.

Without an account, workspace information remains in your browser's local storage. With an account, synchronized workspace data is stored with our hosted database provider so it can be restored on another signed-in device. You decide whether to sign in and synchronize.

We use data to provide the product: show your workspace, synchronize it after sign-in, protect accounts, operate the extension connection and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information or use your goals and notes for advertising.

Hillexium uses service providers to operate authentication, database synchronization, anti-bot protection and hosting. They process information only as needed to provide those services. OAuth providers such as Google, GitHub or Discord share the profile information you authorize for sign-in; Hillexium does not receive access to your private repositories, email inbox or social posts.

You can use Hillexium locally, update account details, disconnect the extension, export or remove local browser data, and delete your account from User settings. Account deletion removes the synchronized profile, workspace information and extension connections associated with that account.
